I have over 20 years of leadership experience in the Army with at wide array of experiences and accomplishments. Throughout these years I have had to hone both my soft and hard skills to form strong teams and partnerships to succeed at all of the challenges I have been presented. During my tenure, I have been blessed to work as a lead Network Engineer in the United States Army for over twelve years where I was surrounded with amazing, talented people that helped me grow in my field and as a person. I have managed, designed, and optimized networks in both traditional and austere environments. I have had the pleasure of working with several different network engineer teams throughout the years in which we planned and executed massive architectural overhauls, or integrated new technologies into existing networks. While I feel I have a good educational base, I am eager to continue broadening my skills through both work experience and academia.
