Prepare and analyze comprehensive daily Run Summaries in support of Operations.Disposition of product that failed internally (WIP & FGs) and externally (Vendor) by collaboration with Operations, Process Engineering, TTD, Customer Service, Marketing and or Vendors.Collaboration with Process Engineering with gathering and analysis of data to indicate process shifts that affect product acceptance.Prepare and analyze comprehensive Base Stock Run Summaries in support of Vendors defects.Collaboration with Raw Material Vendors and in generating Product Specifications.Collaboration with Materials Management with Inventory control.Support and collaborate with Process Engineering, in establishing operational Plan of Control (POC) with defined testing and acceptance criteria for new products as well as updating current products’ POC as necessary.

Support and collaborate with General Manager, in establishing operational Plan of Control (POC) with defined testing and acceptance criteria for new products as well as updating current products’ POC as necessary.Prepare and analyze comprehensive Run Summaries in support of Operations.Compile pertinent Quality/Process data to support Production Trials.Lead trouble shooting sessions on Quality issues to determine root cause and corrective action to prevent reoccurrence.Collaboration with Process Engineering with gathering and analysis of data to indicate process shifts that affect product acceptance.Disposition of product that failed internally (WIP & FGs) and externally (Customer) by collaboration with Operations, Process Engineering, R&D, Customer Service, Marketing and or Vendors.Met Company’s objective for internal failures at < 2.5% of Volume and external failures at < 1.8% of Sales.Met Company’s objective of reducing Non-Op Inventory from 2M to 100K within six months.Collaboration with Raw Material Vendors and Customers in generating Product Specifications.Conducted internal auditing to achieve ISO 9001 re-certification.
