I joined the Air Force at 18 and underwent comprehensive training in 5th-generation tactical aircraft maintenance in Texas and Florida. My first duty station was Luke Air Force Base in 2019, where I quickly became a key member of the F-35 Power Mod Rebuild "Tiger Team." In this high-pressure environment, I was responsible for replacing combustion sections in F-35 engines, ensuring they met peak performance standards.Recognized for my expertise, I was selected by maintenance group leadership as a Team Supervisor in the inaugural F-35 Bundled Maintenance Team (BMX). This critical role involved overseeing the revitalization of over 52 "extended downtime" aircraft—effectively half of our Fighter Wing’s fleet. Our team operated under intense pressure, and our work was instrumental in saving the Air Force $5.7 billion within just 10 months.My impactful contributions in this high-stakes position led to an accelerated promotion to Staff Sergeant and my appointment as a Dedicated Crew Chief, setting me apart from my peers. I am dedicated to achieving excellence in every endeavor, consistently striving for exceptional results and driving significant improvements.
