• Drive healthy requisitions, candidate flow, and relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and candidates.
• Responsible for one or more client accounts with requisitions variable upon required skillset as defined by the client
• Present qualified candidates to clients using various forms of technology ranging from candidate portals to video, phone, and email
• Record, update, and analyze recruiting data through internal applicant tracking resources and Excel
• Negotiate Salary and offer packages on behalf of the client
• Meet and/or exceed performance expectations and KPIs as identified by Service Level Agreements and ensure a positive and efficient experience for prospective candidates and our clients

• Partner with business and HR site contacts to determine hiring needs for recruiting, understanding the need, communicating status updates, and operating at a level to meet or exceed individual key objectives for the.
• Determine marketing and sourcing strategies to meet the hiring demand.
• Train site and field level resources on recruiting tasks, compliance, and applicant tracking systems.
• Review submitted applications and/or resumes for applicant job fit and pre-hire screening requirements.
• Interview qualified applicants
• Maintain relationships with all vendors involved in the recruiting process

• Work with transportation management and facilities management to identify staffing needs and requirements.
• Develop networks with external sources to continually improve sourcing opportunities.
• Maintain and promote DOT compliance during the recruitment and hiring process ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations and complete candidate files for review by the Safety Department for approval.
• Responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting qualified drivers and contractors.
