I am a marketing graduate from Georgia College and State University and am currently working for Flock Safety in Atlanta, a leader in innovative public safety technology. I started as a Field Installation Technician and have now transitioned to my current role as a Product Deployment Specialist. In this position, I am expected to be an expert on the company's new products. My team and I work to ensure the successful adoption of these new products by our field installation team and the larger company as they move from being an engineering prototype to a fully scaled and launched product in our catalog. This requires me to perform a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities, including field testing the new/prototype products, providing feedback to the engineering team, conducting the initial customer installs of the new products to ensure success, and designing training material to teach our Field Technicians how to install and maintain these devices. Prior to joining Flock Safety, I worked for 144th Marketing Group as an Emergency Vehicle Upfitter/Low Voltage Installation Technician. There, I equipped various law enforcement and public safety vehicles with lights, sirens, radios, and other equipment. My experiences in both roles have sparked a passion for innovative technology in public safety, and I am thrilled to be working for a company that is making a significant difference. I consider myself a dedicated, bright problem-solver with a talent for thinking outside the box.
