With years of professional training on both sides of the bar I consider myself a mater of mixology, while still constantly continuing my education to learn new techniques and skill of my craft. Having studied under some of the top names in the business including the world famous Tony Abou-ganim I seek to change the stereotype of what it means to be a bartender in the twenty first century.
