Current• Create and support accurate training materials for the Company’s various product offerings. This includes User Manuals with Appendices and PowerPoint Presentations, • Act as the Company liaison with existing Customers who experience technical difficulties when using MJM products via phone call or remote sessions using LogMeIn Rescue. • Provide Project Management for new and existing client needs and Quality Assurance testing of current product offering as well as enhancements. • Demonstrate necessary fundamental training concepts, practices, and procedures to ensure learning transfer and reinforcement. GoToMeeting, Zoom and in person training formats are utilized. • Maintain database and printing of Customer Cards for use with MJM Products. Cards are used at Senior Centers and with various Transportation Agencies. • Offer advanced facilitation opportunities to enhance individual and team development. Topics include employee development, management development, functional training, etc. • Educate self on and keep abreast of industry and company knowledge, internally developed programs, new initiatives and organizational changes. • Conduct key administrative duties including adhering to all budget guidelines, submitting all necessary reports, coordinating or organizing monthly training schedules, etc. Show less
