The Executive Director of The Parlor Room Collective is responsible for providing visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to advance the organization's mission and objectives including but not limited to:Strategic Planning and Organizational Development:-Develop and implement long-term strategic plans aligned with the organization's mission and goals.-Identify growth, innovation, and sustainability opportunities.-Lead efforts to enhance organizational capacity, effectiveness, and impact.Financial Management and Fundraising:-Develop and oversee annual budgets, financial plans, and fundraising strategies.-Cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, grantors, and funding agencies.-Ensure financial stability through prudent fiscal management and diversified revenue streams.Program Development and Implementation:-Oversee planning, development, and execution of diverse arts and cultural programs, events, and initiatives.-Collaborate with staff, artists, and community partners to curate engaging and inclusive programming.-Evaluate program outcomes and impact, making data-informed decisions for continuous improvement.Community Engagement and Partnerships:-Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.-Serve as an ambassador for the organization, representing its mission and values.-Identify collaboration, coalition-building, and collective impact opportunities.Personnel Management and Leadership:-Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff and volunteers.-Foster a positive organizational culture characterized by teamwork and transparency.-Provide mentorship, professional development, and support to staff and volunteers.Governance and Compliance:-Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.-Provide timely and accurate reporting on organizational activities, finances, and performance.-Facilitate Board meetings, committees, and strategic discussions.
