Responsible for managing a portfolio of national residential lending applications introduced by both ME Bank's mobile bankers and a large broker network.

Whilst initially part of a larger team, I was ultimately retained by AMP Capital exclusively from December 2013 to:• Undertake all aspects of the management of AMP Capital’s commercial and residential property loan portfolios totalling in excess of $150 million during the final wind down phase: • Continue oversight of the credit quality of remaining loans, while working with clients to ensure repayment of loans as they fall due, and initiating early repayment of loans where possible. • Provide regular reporting to AMP Capital senior management, credit and compliance committees.• Liaise with AMP's mortgage fund managers in Australia and New Zealand to facilitate a successful return of capital to fund investors.With the wind down of the loan portfolios largely completed and arrangements in place for the remaining three borrowers, I was made redundant on 31 March 2015.

Promoted through several roles, which included managing a team in excess of 20 staff overseeing the administration of commercial and residential property lending portfolios totalling $3 billion, relationship manager for third party service provider AMAL Asset Management Limited, member of the project team that implemented a mortgage fund for AXA New Zealand, and responsibility for high level operational tasks such as staff performance reviews and budgeting.

I initially undertook general loan administration tasks before being promoted to supervise the commercial loan administration team, and was the designated business contact for the successful conversion of the commercial loan portfolio to a new database in March 1998.
