The Application Consultant is responsible for facilitating on-site delivery activities that lead to successful client outcomes. This position would conduct classroom training, configuration, go-live support, data analysis, and champion optimization engagements. The Application Consultant will represent TeleTracking as the subject matter expert in all aspects patient flow operations and foster a healthy working relationship with the client. It will require 100% travel capabilities are necessary for this position-both domestic and international.PRIVACY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES· Review and comprehending client workflows as designed.· Lead client training on workflow and application functionality.· Develop Comprehensive and accurate reports and Presentations for hospital executives.· Application configuration, troubleshooting, and rounding for end-user support.· Prepare recommendations and action plans based on best practices and client data to drive successful outcomes.· Complete all mandatory client delivery tasks in compliance with company policy.

Foresee control over the whole hospital bed system ICU’S, ED, OR, PACU, CVRR, ADMITTING LOBBY. My job is to assign beds to all those areas within 45mins. Also learning the different type of floors and what type patients goes to the appropriate floors such as Heart, lungs, kidney, Neuro Patients with the help of the Nursing managers of the hospital to accommodate these beds. Also to make sure that housekeeping clean these beds to make sure they are available when needed.

Conduct interviews with incoming patients or their representative in order to obtain identifying information, the name of their attending physician, the type and amount of insurance coverage, and to secure guarantees for payment of bill. Secure the signature of the patient or representative for the release of information to the insurance company, the assignment of insurance benefits to the hospital, the authorization of the patient to receive treatment and any additional required permits or consents. Also visit patient on the floor, that have concerns with room accommodation’s such as transferring from semi-private room to private rooms.

Duties include the taking of vital signs; drawing blood, place in physician orders and consults, wound care, EKG's taking care of lab materials and taking blood tubes to lab.
