• Completed a project focused on restructuring career development and promotion leveling among the Software, Algorithm, and Artificial Intelligence Engineering Job Families. • Conducted research that sourced external & internal job market survey data that could be used to benchmark skills, competencies, and behaviors• Interviewed 42 subject matter experts across multiple KLA organizations and functions• Produced a Competency Matrix (detailing the baseline qualifications and contributions to be expected at consecutive promotions), a corresponding user guide for best career development practices, as well as an internal plan to raise awareness and increase adoption of the matrix
