With over 15 years of experience in the culinary industry, I am a passionate and creative executive chef who loves to explore and experiment with different cuisines and flavors. My mission is to delight and satisfy my guests with dishes that are not only delicious, but also nutritious, sustainable, and culturally diverse. I have been leading the kitchen team at Garrido's Bistro, a Latin American fusion restaurant, since 2014, where I have successfully adapted traditional recipes to local ingredients and techniques, developed gastronomic festivals and events, and created a new line of extreme milkshakes that have attracted media attention and loyal customers.As the executive chef at Garrido's Bistro, I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food production and service, from menu planning and design, to food procurement and quality control, to staff training and supervision. I have demonstrated my skills in hospitality, guest satisfaction, and food handling, as well as my ability to manage food costs, waste, and inventory. I have also collaborated with other chefs, suppliers, and community partners to create innovative and seasonal dishes that showcase the best of Latin American cuisine. I am always eager to learn new skills, techniques, and trends, and to share my knowledge and passion with my team and my guests.Cost control, efficiency, and plating presentation are the three pillars that I base my work on.My mother tongue is Spanish, and I speak intermediate conversational English.

SolGas HTEI C.A. I was entrusted with the creation, development and implementation of the project. The Restaurant was designed and divided into 3 service areas: buffet area, table service area and VIP event room.
