-Assited two meeting managers for the corporate meeting market and the AssistantDirector of Event Coordination for the City-Wide/Multi-Day Convention Market(Local and International Segments) with Event Logistics and planning aspect of anevent-Budgeting and Preplanning events for the next quarter and Fiscal-Coordinate with multiple departments-Responsible for the Event Coordination department telephone line, list and track calls-Book and execute internal and in house and preferred suppliers meeting andevents from the planning to the day of event or meeting date-Cover for my managers events if needed on site and meet with the clients andcheck in periodically till the end of the event-Assist Security during large and multiple events for crowd control-Verify and check and upload any marketing materials for events, i.e. Meetingroom screens, Didital Marquees and Internal Digital Signages and Large DigitalWalls-Verify and check and upload Client and Suppliers Certificate of InsuranceScript and Work on repeat event details – Setups, Move-ins/Outs, Agenda Details,Charges and Quotes, First Aid, Building and Room Unlocked, Lighting and Elevatorand Escalator Schedules, Event Security, Crowd control and Paid Duty police timesand quotes-Upload and Distribute Floorplans and Exhibitor lists to all internal departmentsand our in house and preferred suppliers – Re-distribute, if necessary-Create floorplans using Amadeus-Delphi Software for both internal meetings andcorporate meetings-Invoice events upon conclusion of the event using Adacco-Forth and Create arequisition for approval from our department VP and sent to accounting and finance -Input Event Attendance Statistics upon conclusion of each event-End of each month and end of every quarter run Event Attendance and EventAttendance Comparison reports and analyze the data from current and year to dateby segment markets for our Executive Board and theProvence of Ontario - Ministry of Tourism and Sport
