Christopher has been involved in investor relations for nearly 10 years, having worked directly for a number of public companies as well as on a consulting basis. In 2014, following his work on the Reservoir Minerals IPO and prior to his work on their subsequent acquisition, Christopher founded Meta Relations, his own investor relations firm. Meta Relations has served several clients across the mining, agriculture, technology and oil & gas sectors including: Reservoir Minerals, Reservoir Capital, Lara Exploration, Mobius Resources, Sintana Energy, 3 Tier Logic, Legumex Walker and Newstrike (Up Cannabis). Christopher actively participated on the fundraising teams at each of these clients, helping to secure in excess of $50 million in financing, and was an active participant in the Reservoir Minerals acquisition by Nevsun Resources for $365 million. Most recently Christopher set up two licensed freezone companies in the UAE, including a proprietary marketplace software company in the Fujairah freezone, and an investment holding company in the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC). Prior to his work in the UAE and investor relations, Christopher worked on two Canadian federal party campaigns helping to fundraise and manage at the riding association level.
