Provide Quality Assurance on the Wheatstone Project• Communicate with Engineering Procurement Contractor, Vendor and Inspector to ensure the product being procured is to the required specifications• Liaise with engineering on issues affecting procured items• Review documentation associated with procurement of package equipment • Raise Non Conformance Reports when required• Visit vendors to expedite document return and drive closure of outstanding issues• Create systems to manage Project Data Book completion including checklists and registers• Review Project Data Book indexes to ensure consistency across all packages• Co-ordinate Project Data Book reviews across all regions• Co-ordinate Procurement inspections across all regions for the following equipment: Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping, Rotating, Valves and Bulk material• Contact inspection agencies worldwide to arrange qualified inspectors• Maintain several QA tracking systems which monitor, Inspection, Nonconformance, Inspection release, Punch list and Preservation• Review and approve Inspectors time sheets and expenses
