Assistant to the Physician and president. Handles incoming correspondence, procedure scheduling, insurance, authorizations, office technology, typing correspondence, and other tasks as assigned.

Assist patients with appointments, billing, and insurance questions, as well as registration. In addition to this, I am responsible for monitoring the clinic email and fax, directing incoming calls and creating patient encounters in our EMR software, maintaining the lobby, and many other administrative tasks assigned by upper management.

I worked in a variety of capacities for the country club, primarily as a receptionist and server in the various restaurant and banquet settings. Additionally, man the bowling alley during the weekly bowling league, assist in preparing monthly statements for members when needed, and work coat check.

Hired as a barista in the fall of 2010. In charge of keeping samples filled, receiving shipments, stocking the store, and played a major role in inventory counts along with other various duties. After being promoted to a team member/sales associate was then promoted to a key holder/management position within 2 months where new responsibilities included driving sales and acting as manager on duty during shifts. 8 months later, was made the Assistant General Manager of a higher volume location and was in charge of interviewing and hiring new staff, supervising new employees through a rigorous training program as well as retraining veteran employees to reinvigorate their sales and keep them up to date on products, retaining high personal sales in addition to sustaining high store sales, and maintain operational needs of store.
