Inspect recently vacated houses.Make list of necessary repairs, whether functional or merely cosmetic.Attend inspection by government to ensure house is ready for the next resident, making any repairs that they find.Perform administrative duties in creating work orders for the maintenance technician assigned to repair the house. Entering data accurately and comprehensively and closing work orders out in a timely manner so that the unit could be moved onto the next step in the process for the community side.Working with the warehouse associate to special order any parts that we don’t regularly carry to complete repairs on house.

Respond promptly to work orders that have come in, prioritizing them, depending on severity of issue.Call residents to schedule appointments.Accurate data entry and closing out work orders in a timely fashion to maintain performance to ensure that we met metrics.Create flyers to communicate intent to enter, making sure to post notices with adequate time per law.

I provide an end to end customer service experience. I have a far deeper knowledge of their order system than 80-90% of THD associates, including their legacy systems.
