I enhance worldwide business intelligence by mining big data from both internal and external sources, generating new data for internal systems, and ETL data in a multidimensional data warehouse. This data is formatted and massaged to fit our needs, and is used across multiple settings, including financial reviews and file statements, sales, and customer service. I created over 10,000 new organizations in Zendesk's database by building an API to create accurate organizational entities to group pertinent data and create highly improved efficiencies for Marketing to gain desired information. I have developed a predictive modeling program in R to identify the probability of client retention, product and service continuity, and improve revenue forecasting by normalizing over 1 million data entries and generating accurate regression models.By creating an API to collect necessary client financial information, I automated a significant portion of the Financial Statement and File Review process resulting in more efficient and accurate predictive analytics and expedited business decisioning.

Assigned to the Solutions Engineering Group, I developed a new predictive modeling program using R and MS Excel to identify the probability of client retention, product and service continuity, and revenue forecasting. I created a program to normalize 1 million data entries and generate logistic regression models of license and subscription renewals to accurately predict business retention and growth for this Fortune 100 company.

We provide tax incentives to manufacturers and retailers in exchange for unsold inventories of swim equipment which we distribute free of charge to water safety programs throughout the United States and internationally.
