My responsibilities include the following: Enhance system functionality via creation of custom reports, stored procedures, custom views and queries using Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services and other toolsPerform data conversions into Tessitura from multiple varied data sources.Perform quality control audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of Tessitura data conversions; ensure that data integrity issues are identified and proactively addressed.Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with Tessitura licensees; ensure comprehensive and timely communications with Tessitura licensees.
