- Building relationships with clients and executives to ensure all details of events and meetings are accurate and successful.
- Responding to corporate emails and calls in a professional and timely manner, using multiple outlook calendars and operating systems.
- Assisting in various administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, desk move coordination, fire safety, and employee badge creation using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Citrix, Umbraco, Easy Lobby, Oracle.
- Creating, writing, updating, and proofreading SOPs, training materials, and other documents to be printed and uploaded on our corporate systems.
- Assisting and training employees and clients with Video Conferencing needs. Connecting ZOOM, Teams, and Webex calls for meeting rooms and virtual attendees.
- Giving presentations for employee trainings and new hire orientations.
