Current• Building relationships with clients and executives to ensure all details of events and meetings are accurate and successful.• Responding to corporate emails and calls in a professional and timely manner, using multiple outlook calendars and operating systems.• Assisting in various administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, desk move coordination, fire safety, and employee badge creation using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Citrix, Umbraco, Easy Lobby, Oracle, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Photoshop.• Creating, writing, updating, and proofreading SOPs, training materials, and other documents to be printed and uploaded on our corporate systems.• Assisting and training employees and clients with Video Conferencing needs. Connecting ZOOM, Teams, and Webex calls for meeting rooms and virtual attendees.• Giving presentations for employee trainings and new hire orientations.• Utilizing Service Now ticketing system to organize, create, and complete tasks.
