About Christopher Hartman

In this role, I am the administrator of the MILV network and all work from home Radiologists.I hold 16 years of experience in the IT field. I graduated from Penn State in 2008. I previously worked at SPIN in various roles for 7 years (‘08-‘15). I then worked at Bandwave Systems for the next 7 years until November 2022 (‘15-‘22).At Lingo, I was an Innovation Engineer working on the engineer team. As a newly created team our job was to work on lean launch products with new and existing customers. At Bandwave Systems, I was the help desk liaison between our customers and broadband providers. I provided tier 2 support for all broadband connection issues. This involves initial phone and email support, basic troubleshooting of broadband equipment, internal trouble tickets and coordinating service calls to our locations. I utilized monitoring tools to proactively troubleshoot issues before the customer is aware or adversely affected by it. In addition, I took part with my team in the project management and provisioning of new or additional service installations for our customers. This includes providing solutions for choosing broadband carriers, scheduling technicians for install dates, setting up billing for all services and following through the project lifecycle. Recently, we have ventured into guest WiFi, SD WAN and other technology solutions for our customers. In addition, I had a help desk team that I supervised for all support issues. I also supervised our provisioning team which works in conjunction with support to provide all install and post install interaction with the customer.I started as help desk support at SPIN. I was promoted to Network Administrator and then later moved back into a help desk role, but this time as the Help Desk Supervisor. I expanded my knowledge through various agency-wide projects and initiatives. I worked to setup our MPLS data network, landline voice network and cell phone network (Sprint Blackberry/iPhone) that services over 1,000 employees. I was at the forefront of server virtualization, VLAN integration, disaster recovery, HIPPA compliance and hardware/software improvements. The last project I oversaw was a mass computer roll out across the agency. Over 150 laptops were ordered, setup and replaced for our employees. Another 350 PC's were ordered, setup and replaced.
