As the National Audit Manager I am responsible and accountable to manage field audit and desk top audit programs, including the development of audit planning, reporting and system development improvements. The role also works closely with the Operations teams providing assistance within the business to ensure meter deployments, maintenance and fault rectification schedules are delivered safely and are fully compliant with the relevant regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:• Ensure that all safety and compliance activities associated with metering installation and maintenance services are identified and effectively managed to reduce operational risk;• Appropriately action audit non-conformances, including investigations as required;• Manage field & desktop metering audit compliance for Field Service Providers (FSPs) and develop and complete audit plan schedules;• Contribute to and support MPB operational requirements and AEMO accreditation;• Assist the State Operational Managers to maintain and seek to continually improve processes, procedures and systems relating to C&I meter installation and maintenance;• Provide monthly KPI performance reporting;• Delivery of business results and performance KPIs around the key accountability areas of safety, delivery and compliance.• Attend FSP operational and toolbox meetings, including provision of safety and technical alerts;• Assist with installer induction requirements in a timely manner;• Identify and lead opportunities for operational performance improvements, including procedure reviews and updates;• Provide risk and resolution management to ensure compliance and contract outcomes are achieved; and• Management of workforce culture, including reward
