Chris Hidalgo is an information professional with over 10 years of service experience and 5 years working with information systems. Having completed degrees in Economics and Information Science, Chris' career trajectory has focused on understanding how people decide, evaluate, and enable solutions in their business operations. This multidisciplinary education combined with research interest in operating under uncertainty and limited resources spearheaded his focus in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).In his position at the Texas Tech University Libraries, Chris served as a Unit Coordinator and student staff manager.
