Escorts and Protection Details Protect and Secure the dignitary and political figures upon their ingress and egress of capitol grounds and buildings.Working alongside other federal agencies to ensure mission success and the safety of each dignitary and political arrival and departure. Assessing and making proper adjustments to paths of travel and alternative options in case of an emergency. Security and Anti-Terrorism Emergency Response Team - walking foot patrol through the interior and exterior of the capitol ground and buildings. Always ready to take police action and to assist the public with anything that may arise. Security Screening – Ensuring a sterile environment by properly conducting screening on individuals and Vehicles entering the Congressional Buildings and Grounds.
