I am an IT Project Manager with over 16 years project management experience and have worked in a project environment for over 19 years. I have worked for a large public sector supply chain / logistics organisation, a leading bank, two Police forces and an IT Consultancy.My experience has covered Project Management of B2B and B2C web applications; internal software solutions, finance, business change projects, IT infrastructure, data centre relocation, communications and a large feasibility study trialling new technology. I am used to working in physical team and matrix management environments, managing the full project lifecycle including issue, risk and change, budget control and BAU handover. I have worked with a wide range of suppliers in the UK and offshore and have managed internal and external resources to deliver multiple concurrent projects and programmes of changes, meeting the expectations of multiple stakeholders.
