(BMI) collects license fees on behalf of songwriters, composers and music publishers and distributes them as royalties to those members whose works have been performed.Licensing Department:•Analyze developments in industry as they relate to company to improve revenues and business opportunities.•Develop various licensing structures and strategies to optimize revenue streams for existing licenses, as well as developing licensing models for new markets and business models. •Performing research and statistical analysis as required using SNL/Kagan, SEC Reports, and numerous 3rd party, internal, and internet sources.•Generate revenue reports and presentations for media licensing and general licensing accounts. •Managing multi-million dollar departmental expense budget; converting raw accounting ledger to customized coded reports as well as internal expense reports. •Access database design and maintenance across multiple internal data systems. •Streamline various business processes and reporting mechanisms.
