As an aspiring construction project manager, I have a passion for construction and leadership. My love for construction started when I was 8, building tree forts in my backyard. During my time at St. Thomas More High School, I was involved in various Project Lead The Way Engineering courses that gave me experience solving truss and beam calculations as well as using the CAD software, Revit. I also worked with a team to create a proposal to redesign the city's public library. These experiences ultimately led me to study Building Science and Building Construction at Western Technical College. Throughout my time in college, I have been involved in a leadership role with the campus ministry, Cru. Through this organization, I was able to lead a team in Texas performing structural and cosmetic repairs on local houses and churches. Currently, I lead the ministry's outreach team, organizing events and encouraging students to share their faith. I am looking to gain field experience and expand my skillset this summer as an intern.
