EDUCATION and TRAINING INSTRUCTOR: Subject matter expert and certified to instruct the FCS Milspec Core course to include: UYK-44, USH-26, ORTS Operation, OJ-454, MK40, ORTS Systems Finals, TAC3/4, Director Controller, Radar Transmitter, Missile System Supervisor, Milspec Finals and the FCS BMD B/L 3.6 IAW approved course master schedules. Developed a spot check program to validate proper maintenance procedures, scheduling 83 spot checks per week throughout the command.

SECURITY EDUCATION, TRAINING and AWARENESS: Designed, developed, implemented, maintained and instructed the Non-Lethal Weapons Basic Instructors (train-the-trainer) course; designed to eliminate or reduce the incidence of poor security practices, procedures, and security violations, for entire learning site. Identified training and developmental needs of junior level employees to arrange for needed training. Delivered security education and awareness products and regimented or ad hoc training to security personnel employing creative skill and in-depth security knowledge. ARMS, AMMUNITION & EXPLOSIVES CUSTODIAN: Implemented physical security education and motivation programs for all levels of staff.
