In this position I was primarily responsible for scheduling and dispatching technicians to client’s offices and for in house work. More specifically my responsibilities included: • Assisting in reducing the number of missed opportunities by prioritizing scheduled dispatches, geographically selecting the closest technician, and using flexible scheduling • Designing and implementing dispatch template and sales template to increase the accurate transfer of information therefore reducing mistakes• Collecting payments from COD customers • Assisting in project managing small phone system installations, rack installations, wiring installations and other miscellaneous equipment installations
