Examples include data analytics; predictive modelling (via neural networks), fault analysis and automated controls and remediation. This would include research, planning, definition and group wide C-level buy-in/socializations and realization programmes.FNB Divisional IT Governance function for initiation and execution of Group governance practices within the FNB IT Risk and FNB IT Governance portfolio. This includes the creation and rollout of divisional policies, procedures & frameworks, and much collaboration with First Rand Bank IT Governance and FNB OCIO Governance/IT. Includes definition and rollout of FNB Group SDLC & COBIT 5 Governance assessment and recommendation.IT Risk Specialist function including risk assessment, monitoring and reporting. And for the full ERP integration/migration of all new PUMA company acquisitions, including people integrations & change management.I have delivered successfully x10 new company acquisitions. Acquisitions include company buy-outs (up 50 staff count each), analysis, integration design (system & people), implementation (application & infrastructure), training/change management; and operational warranty and handover.Also responsible for full delivery of the Global ERP Aviation’s project (customization); comprising of multi geo-located (America, India, UK & SA) delivery teams.
