Managing a studio within the Preconstruction Group that focuses on meeting the needs of not only Pepper's Operational Teams but the client and design professionals as well. Building lasting relationships across the development industry by clearly understanding the expectations associated with budget and schedule from the very beginning are my goals for.

Las Vegas, Nevada Area

Managed the overall construction schedule & budget by hiring, organizing and leading a team of 42 people that worked on a day to day basis with the four different general contractors and over 30 designers and consultants. The sole Cosmopolitan employee that coordinated with the general contractors to work with the Clark County Building and Fire Departments.

Coordinated design consultants to complete working drawings that supported an already started job. Worked with general contractor to create a construction flow plan based on drawing completion and ownership's approval. Liaison between ownership and design staff to insure that end use functionality was integrated into working design concept. Supported.

While employed by Perini Building Company I worked on 5 different projects in 3 different cities and finished my time with them as the Manager of Preconstruction Planning and Logistics in their Phoenix office. My responsibilities evolved from acting as the sole concrete construction engineer on the Bank One Ballpark to leading the entire team of engineers.
