• Prioritize, coordinate and set goals for 12 supervisors to conduct routine and non-routine maintenance on nine aircraft, identifying and communicating critical issues to peers and management.• Leads cross-functional teams in performing Phase inspections. Shortened time to complete by 6 days, by maximizing throughput with effective manning, management of resources, analyzing process flows and material management.• Develop training plans and set goals for the developing, coaching and training of maintenance managers, which led to the qualification of over 15 new maintenance controllers.• Oversaw the completion of over 9000 maintenance actions to include aircraft engines, propellers and landing gear removal and replacement.• Manage shift assignments, tools, test equipment and ground support equipment valued at over $2m.• Provide expert technical advice and assistance to senior managers and their designees on matters pertaining change management, procedures, performance standards and diverse training techniques.
