Responsible for managing a team of 24 presale consultants and 2new business assistants. Team assists new business managers with field quoting both fully insured and ASO business. Coordinate quotes with underwriting, new business manager and producers.

- Responsible for direct supervision of three Underwriters.- Responsible for writing new profitable membership while maintaining persistence on an existing book of business consisting of approximately 12,000 members.- Serve as a mentor to new underwriters.- Assigned to project work involving close partnership with other matrix partners. - Develop materials and implement department and national training.

- Direct supervision of three account managers. - Interpret and administer IRS Section 125 regulations. - Actively manage book of business of approximately 5000 lives. - Reconcile payroll deductions. - Research discrepancies between month-end ledger balance and payroll deductions. - Responsible for the implementation of new and renewing accounts, process cancellations and takeovers from other administrators. -Conduct annual enrollment meetings resulting in over 50 percent participation. -Serve as customer service contact for participants and administrators to resolve account-specific issues including: balances, deductions, qualifying events, enrollment periods and terminations.
