- Currently manage team of 3 direct reports to develop products for independent hotels (B2B), including optimization and modernization of our B2B tooling, dashboards, and emails. Quickly pivoted to COVID-19 response development, working cross-functionally to brainstorm features and develop test and implementation plans. Was able to quickly implement multiple features, delivering safety & response capabilities and cutting costs for hotel owners.

- Worked cross-function B2C/B2B to create a sponsored placements ads product for independent hotels to allow individual owners to purchase sponsored slots on TripAdvisor lists. Launched in January 2020, new product quickly overtook existing sponsored products for independents in both signup and revenue.- Helped implement Machine Learning models, delivered by Data Scientists, at scale on our B2C hotels lists. Work cross-team with Data Science, Product, Analytics, and Platform teams to decrease delivery time, reduce bugs and delays for A/B model testing, and to empower data scientists to own end-to-end model delivery. By gathering requirements from our primary stakeholders (Data Science), I was able to develop tooling and support that they needed to use our system themselves. Additionally, optimized model live-loading which reduced model errors from 10% to near-0.

Full-stack developer for Vistaprint's Digital Services, including REST microservices, integrating with third parties (Facebook, Twitter, internal), and product development. Primarily use Java, C# .NET ASP MVC, and NodeJS. Databases include Microsoft SQL Server, and PostgreSQL. Deployed on various infrastructure including private data-centers and AWS.Most recently led the development of a suite of microservices to control subscription product provisioning and billing cycles for customers. Designed and led courses for high school students to learn Web Design (HTML, JS, Photoshop), and beginners programming (C/C++). Developed daily curriculum for the students based on suggested curriculum from iD Tech. Worked with students between 1 and 6 weeks each to learn these skills over the course of the summer.Helped students get to know each other by leading ice breakers and other fun games/events over the course of the summer to build a tight-nit class. Coordinated with several other instructors at the camp to make sure all students felt welcome and enjoyed their time as well as learned new skills.

Worked with students taking their Object Oriented Computer Science course (C++) providing them with in-person assistance during lab sessions. Graded papers, proctored exams, and assisted the professor and graduate teaching assistance with their tasks.
