Provide leadership, vision, and operational employment of a Combat Logistics Battalion comprised of ~350 personnel, $60M in assets, and $2M annual budget in: Transportation, Maintenance, Emergency Medicine, Supply, Explosive Ordnance Disposal, Combat Engineers, and Communications. Our purpose was to provide forward deployed specialized combat support and general logistical support to ~2500 personnel and ~1000s of vehicles and equipment operating on land and three US Navy Amphibious Ships.Created a new Organizational Model and successfully proved the concept during a nine month deployment.Selected as Task Force Commander (Lead) for operational employment of emerging capabilities and tested proof of concept during large scale joint exercise.Developed new employment methods for emergency medical personnel in support of trauma care.2x Awarded Headquarters Marine Corps ground safety awards for over 50,000 accident free miles.Maintained 95% or better in equipment readiness while deployed for all equipment while deployed.Coordinate with Senior and Junior leaders to achieve harmonized mission success as well as with US Navy Ship personnel as the Commander of Troops for ~800 Marines and Sailors.

Assisted the 4-Star General in strategic engagements with Foreign Heads of State, Foreign Military Leaders, US Ambassadors, and US Senior Officials. Providing expertise for current operations & engagements in Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Lebanon.Served as the Deputy Commander’s Action Group.Disseminate and coordinate information flow from Senior US Officials, Adjacent & Subordinate Commands, and the Directorates to the Commander.Draft correspondence and strategic papers in support of the Commander’s guidance and vision.

Marine Aviation Control Group - 38Headquarters Company Commander, Group Logistics Officer, Group Supply Officer, and Financial Officer. Provide leadership to the members of Headquarters Company. Plan and execute the logistical and supply requirements of 5 units and 2,500 Marines. Plan and execute the operational funds in support of all operations for MACG-38.

United Nations Mission to the Central African Republic. Synchronized operations for the military relief & security efforts of the 40 nations providing assistance in the Central African Republic (CAR). Planned, executed, and managed the logistical operations for all military support and aid distribution in support of UN Mission to CAR.

Western Recruiting Region - Marine Corps Recruiting Command. Supervised all Marine Corps Officer recruiting and accessions west of the Mississippi. Executed operations, planning, training, and inspections of 35 company officers conducting Marine Corps Officer recruiting for college students and graduates in the western United States.

Infantry battalion logistics officer responsible for all combat support. Deployed in support of combat operations in Afghanistan - Operation Enduring Freedom.

Officer Selection Officer for 27 universities and colleges in Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia. Recruited, screened, and prepared men and women for USMC Officer Candidate School and commissioning in the US Marine Corps.
