Senior Personnel Advisor / Chief Warrant Officer IV (2019-Present)Direct the efforts of seven managers in the Military Plans & Actions Branch, with a total staff of up to 30. The Branch supervised and implements all human resource policies and procedures for the Connecticut Army National Guard’s 3,600 soldiers. Oversee all phases of administration management of Connecticut Army National Guard units. Review, evaluate, interpret and implement Service, Major Command, National Guard and State Regulations, policies and procedures. Assist in developing and administering policies, programs and procedures for military personnel management operations. Develop and monitor programs to manage personnel readiness for mobilization. Advise and assist the Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel on a wide variety of strategic and operational issues on virtually all aspects of human resource management.

Supervised, managed, provided leadership and directed the operation of the Human Resource Systems Branch. Oversaw the management of military personnel records for the entire Connecticut Army National Guard. Served as a primary domain administrator, records custodian and site administrator for multiple systems and databases. Provided Commands and Staffs with regulatory and statutory guidance concerning all aspects of human resources and records management. Directed a two-person staff which processed discharge paperwork. Position involved a heavy focus on the continual analysis, development and effective management of human resource information across the enterprise. Key areas of accountability included day to day input, data accuracy; data quality and domain management.
