Provided essential information to people with disabilities in Jacksonville Transportation Connexion’s service area to access fixed route bus, Community Shuttle and/or rail transportation• Responsible for the day-to-day management of paratransit service operations, to include eligibility center, dispatch management, reservation, quality assurance, travel training program and revenue service management. • Developed JTA Reasonable Modification and Accommodations Procedure (e.g. fixed route and paratransit services)• Successfully re-negotiated contract agreements with sponsoring agencies.• Collaborated with fixed route management and safety department to identify and resolve service issues, increase and customer retention, provide recommendations and build trust within the agency.• Managed daily operations reports: OTP, compliments, accidents, productivity, while providing leadership and guidance to employees.• Worked with Maintenance staff to ensure that all identified service equipment issues and trends are communicated and followed up in a timely manner. • Conducted Presentation related to transportation to the Brazilian and Turkish delegations • Successfully worked with subcontractors such as IPS Lynx, Maruti, CRC, and Gresham to revise policies, procedures and software implementation activities • Managed primary contractors such as Medical Transportation Management (MTM) and Functional Assessment (IPS Lynx) with a a combined total annual budget of over $200,000• Conducted research on the Regional Travel Training Program (Contract) which resulted in JTA cost savings of approximately $16,000 per year.
