My name is Jay Martinez. I am a recent graduate of The University of Toledo. Upon graduation I started a full-time Production Supervisor position at Cintas Corporation in the Rental Division. I am motivated by my eagerness to learn, grow, and develop as a leader. I work on focusing on leadership that includes inspiring and motivating others to work towards a common goal. I aim to lead by example, be transparent and honest, communicate effectively, make fair decisions, and empower team members to grow and succeed. All while listening to my team, providing guidance and support, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
