My first job was as a valet at a hotel I ended up managing. I have 10+ years in hospitality, I've worked at every level and department. I believe that understanding the difficulties others face in achieving shared goals is the best way to find solutions to problems. I've recently been exploring sales more and have found a talent. I've been promoted and advanced quickly in every job I've ever worked and my ability to see a whole picture leads to creative solutions. I pride myself on being calm in a storm and feeding my thirst for knowledge. I've found that using that empathy I've developed sales become easier because it's about relationship and not just getting what I want. The best business relationships are win-win-win relationships and that's what I'm most interested in fostering through sales or customer service.
