As a Learning and Development Facilitator, I am responsible for facilitating formal Goodwill programs, a la carte workshops, and learning experiences for large and small groups. These learning opportunities include organizational onboarding, change management, learning and development, and quality improvement in multiple modalities such as in-person, remote, online, synchronous and asynchronous. I support the deployment of learning in the learning management system (LMS) and support event planning for the department. I implement strategies to achieve the goals for the organization and Human Resources Learning & Development function. I implement, revise, and sustain policies, procedures, and programs. Typical projects and initiatives I work on span three to twelve months.
