As senior vice president, branch manager of Savills' New Jersey office, Chris is responsible for profitability/day-to-day management and new business development/tenant advisory services. Chris specializes in headquarters transactions and recent achievements include a long term 384,000-square-foot headquarters office lease with J. Wiley & Sons, Inc.; a 205,323 headquarters transaction on behalf of the New Jersey Turnpike Authority and a 83,000 square foot headquarters transaction with Securitas Security Services USA in Parsippany, NJ. Additionally, Chris represented Par Pharmaceutical. Inc. on several transactions which included a 60,000-square-foot corporate headquarters relocation and expansion, 183,000-square-foot distribution facility, and a 55,000-square-foot quality control and lab facility. Other notable companies which Chris has represented on multiple transactions include Best Foods, Carrier, Groupe SEB USA, Kiewit Construction and Viacom. Chris serves on the board of the March of Dimes in NJ and is a member of SIOR as a dual office and industrial designee and is past President and Board Member of the NJ Chapter. He has been recognized as a Broker All-Star in Real Estate New Jersey. He also served as President of the Ridgewood Lacrosse Association, a 600-plus member youth organization. Chris graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
