Sells all products and services offered by the Company. Meet all sales objectives. Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments and filing the completed orders. Maintain strong knowledge of all Company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features. Maintain knowledge of competitive offers and provide critical market feedback to the Store Manager regarding local competition and product/service needs. Handle service inquiries from customers. Provides efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services

Ensures the safety of distribution center employees as well as the integrity of inventory through the monitoring of activities through personal observation and closed circuit television system. Monitors employees entering and exiting the warehouse area and carries our facility visitor procedures. Monitors trucks entering and exiting yard area. Completes regular loss prevention reports and answers incoming telephone calls, including taking messages for distribution center employees.

Establish a good relationship between the after-school program and the school, volunteers, program participants, and their parents. Ensure that all aspects of the program are in good order. Update the Program Director at least once a week on your program site. Provide safe, well-supervised, enriching and fun activities for youth during program hours. Lead the planning and be responsible to actively participate in the program, and direct staff to lead activities to ensure the program is well received by, volunteers, program participants, and their parents.
