Daily responsibilities include appropriate allocation of work, updating the office case management system, overseeing credit control, internal and external training, setting realistic targets and monitoring draftsmen’s performance on a monthly, semi-annual and annual basis, conducting individual staff reviews and team meetings, handling complaints and working in tandem with senior management to ensure the transparent flow and dissemination of information between local and executive levels.Other responsibilities include writing for the company website, drafting terms of business, marketing, client care, first point of contact for advocacy-related queries and Editor of COSTS (e-Magazine).
