This job really involved me being the backbone of the true functionality of the store on a day-to-day basis, no matter the time of my shift. This is because I held the responsibility of receiving fresh and frozen deliveries, using my Honeywell device to produce picking lists and also for end-of-day carryover of stock, and also locking up the store at nightsThe actions of doing temperature checks on fridges and freezers throughout the store, maintaining a clean working environment and waste management taught me how an organised business should flow to provide customers with the unique experience of shopping in M&S

First and foremost, I quite enjoyed my experience working with Henderson Retail and my colleagues in my store. Moreover, it has taught me many team work skills and how to get through a challenge as a unit through the greatest pressures in a busy local store.
