I oversee the receiving and storage of all chemical inventory onsite at all of our three Pittsburgh offices as well as handling VWR.com chemical ordering and open requisition / market source chemical ordering, shipment tracking via SAP and quarterly audits of all locations. I implemented the Cispro chemical management system at all three sites and I implemented and maintain a Vendor managed inventory program for our customer Meta. Starting summer 2022 I lead and completed the expansion of avantor services to two new labs in Pittsburgh. I now operate all 3 locations in Pittsburgh as well as helping to operate the order approval and tracking at our Durham, NC site and all ordering, order approval, order tracking and auditing at our New York City site.
