I was responsible for program design and helped to create various tutorials featured on GMB Fitness and 24 Life. As a community manager for GMB Fitness, I was the lead coach in charge of the Alpha Posse Community. The AP Community is GMB’s online coaching community home to over 2,000 clients who share a passion for pain-free movement.
