As a coach, I use my experience and expertise to help clients uncomplicate health and fitness allowing them to move forward to reach their goals.

I work as a 1:1 coach helping guide clients to reach their fitness and nutrition goals.

As a member of the coaching staff I worked directly under Ryan Hurst, creator and head coach of GMB Fitness. I was responsible for program design and helped to create various tutorials featured on GMB Fitness and 24 Life. Also, as a member of the coaching staff I traveled around the United States and Europe leading seminars on Physical Autonomy.

As a community manager for GMB Fitness, I was the lead coach in charge of the Alpha Posse Community. The AP Community is GMB’s online coaching community home to over 2,000 clients who share a passion for pain-free movement. I was in charge of a training staff who coached all clients working through our various programs. Also, I helped to create an organized library of videos and FAQs for new members of the community.

My career started at Equinox’s flagship location Columbus Circle in New York City. It was there that I rose through the ranks to become a Tier 3+ Trainer. It was there that I began mentoring the incoming trainers helping and guiding them as they navigated starting a new position. I held workshops on Functional Movement Training (Institute of Motion), Program Design involving bodyweight training and movement screening, and lead Master workshops on ViPR.
