Current• Plan, develop and supervise all organizational events and functions• Generate educational content for seminars and lectures pertaining to finance and investment• Coordinate and confer with Rotman and other university entities to ensure attainment of goals for organizational expansion• Devise and create various Excel tools for Executives and Analysts to increase workflow optimization of necessary duties, and ensure clarity of signal• Offer mentoring and guidance to analysts to expedite production of quality analyst reports• Facilitate the investment process by: o Assisting in identification of investment opportunities o Analyzing or delegating analysis of specific securities o Participating in deliberation on quality of opportunities as part of the Investments Committee o Communicating investment intentions to Fund investors, and monitoring voting of outstanding shares
