Lead a team to redefine the way the deliverables are created in the CAV department. Made major changes to manual processes using Python, RPA, DB2, SQL, Access and VBA code. Converting Manual processes that require a lot of human interaction to ones code handled the processing, leaving the only human interaction is reviewing the output prior to going to the client. Through these processes the files produced have been of a higher quality, and create more revenue than the previous versions. In addition to this I also handle implementations for all new Clients, and any requests from management on client issues.

I worked on commercial accounts in the cost avoidance department which looks for other insurance a person might have that could save our client money on claims. This entails taking files from our clients and matching them up with our data sources then producing a deliverable file to be sent back to the client. This requires the knowledge of SQL, MS Access, MS Excel, and the ability to communicate proficiently to answer questions from both the client and internal sources about my contracts performance. During my time as a contract operations analyst I took it upon myself to rewrite several of my contracts access database to make them perform more efficiently and in the course of this took process that would take hours and in some cases days and greatly reduced the time needed to complete them.

I worked directly on the IntegriMatch product defining new product logic, re-defining existing product logic, creating new reports, and making changes to existing reports as request by the Client and business team. This entails knowledge of SQL, knowledge of the IntegriMatch Database structure, and the ability to express the business need to the programmers that implement the solution. This requires computer proficiency and the ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external contacts to make sure all needs are being met. It also requires the ability to problem solve and think of the whole picture to make sure changing or implementing one thing does not break another.

I worked directly with my accounts to process their daily files, create templates and carriers to be used to create health insurance ID cards, answer questions that may arise by clients, and work closely with production to ensure on time and accurate distribution. I also handled daily reporting for one of the largest health care companies in the USA, and monthly invoicing for my accounts. This required precise communication, attention to detail, multi-tasking, heavy computer use maintaining several software programs, and the ability to meet deadlines both from with the company and from the client. I was also part of the graphic’s team using Photoshop to create and modify company logos for use on materials produced by Alegeus.
