Established a crisis command post, led my team of officers (consisting of multiple agencies), swept four buildings, extracted terrified civilians to safety and worked with campus police to apprehend the suspect without further injuries. Awarded the Medal of Merit. -Personnel Development: Designed and implemented a new Enhanced 911 (E911) Emergency operators hiring process to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws.
