Technical consultant with 9 years of ImageRight professional services experience specializing in migration from ImageRight 3.x to the current release and well as implementation and training, workflow development and customization of existing ImageRight systems and processes for companies in the insurance industry.

• Lead projects to migrate existing ImageRight 3x customers who wanted to be early adopters of .Net ImageRight.• Began development of tools, techniques and processes used to complete ImageRight migrations today.• Worked extensively with customers and ImageRight development to help define and prioritize defects, enhancements and functionality gaps between 3x and .Net ImageRight.• Served as captain of sessions committee which determined topics, presenters and scheduling for ImageRight related business and technical presentations at ImageRight’s UG 2007 national customer conference.

• Project management for the implementation of ImageRight for medium to large implementations which included phased roll outs of multiple departments across large insurance organizations. • Provided formal training and mentoring for implementation consultants within ImageRight.
